Perkins Street during the flood of 1913, Rushville, Indiana, 1913

Description: The Flatrock River flooded into southern Rushville on March 25. 1913. The John D. Hiner Livery Stable, a brick structure formerly located at 116 North Perkins Street, and several houses in the 200 block of North Perkins Street are visible. A wagon belonging to the Rushville Laundry can be seen in the flood. None of the structures in the photo remain standing.
