Description:	An early race car at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The car is #28 and a caption in the album says it was a 1911 race. The driver is in his seat, while other men look at the engine.While the first 500-mile race was held at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on May 30, 1911, racing began when the track opened on August 19, 1909--including several races held in May, June, and September of 1910.
