Bujwit is surrounded by military equipment in the photo.An attached letter from the Air Force to his parents informs them of Jerrys success and being named an honor student in his class when training at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas in October 1968.Born in Hammond, Indiana, Bujwit moved to Indianapolis after returning from Vietnama and went on to teach at J Everett Light Career Center for 25 years.The picture is from a collection of photos of the Shockley family of Indianapolis taken primarily between 1940 and 1980.
