This images shows the Wabash Railroad at New Paris, Indiana. The tower can be seen. This tower controlled the diamond where the Winona crossed the Wabash. The siding on the left side of the picture is where the Winona interchanged with the Wabash. The Winona and the New York Central [Big Four] crossed the Wabash tracks within a few feet of each other. There is an August 31, 1937 developing date on the back of the image. |
