The tree spring gave the appearance of water flowing out of a bung in a maple tree. The tree was behind the Billy Sunday Tabernacle. People were amazed at this phenomenon. More than fifty years after the discovery of the tree spring a man admitted to running some piping in the hollow spot of the tree to make it appear that the water was coming from the tree.
