Addressed to, Miss Ruth Jay, 966 Lamont St., N. S. Pittsburgh, Penn. A scene from the canal from the south looking north. The writer expresses some frustration that the addressee has not written. Before the internet and inexpensive telephone communications people wrote a lot of letters and the postal service delivered them quickly. |
