Snow surrounds the north sides of Clowes Memorial Hall (left) and Lilly Hall (right), while cars are parked in a lot on the northwest side of Clowes Hall. Designed by architects Evans Woollen III and John M. Johansen, the construction of Clowes Memorial Hall began on August 15, 1960, and the building officially opened on October 18, 1963. Lilly Hall was designed by McGuire and Shook, Compton, Richey, and Associates. Construction began in April 1961, and the building opened in September 1962. |
