Stairs on the east side of Robertson Hall

Description: These stairs lead to the main entrance to Robertson Hall. The stairs on the right side of the photo lead to the portion of Robertson Hall that was originally know as Sweeney Chapel. The inside space was remodeled in the colonial style in 1966, after the Christian Theological Seminary (CTS) moved to its own campus. Renamed Robertson Chapel, the space served as a student chapel and first opened for services on Sunday, February 26, 1967. The space was renovated again in 2004, becoming the Eidson-Duckwall Recital Hall.
