South Mall and Jordan Hall

Description: People are sitting or standing in the South Mall, near Jordan Hall. Originally, this pedestrian friendly area was chiefly grass and it was surrounded by both Clarendon Road and parking spaces. However, the road and parking spaces were removed and the mall was landscaped in the early 1990s. The Star Fountain was a class gift from the Class of 1942.
