Jordan Hall classroom

The photograph was likely taken during the Jordan Hall renovations that occurred between in the mid-1980s. During this project ceiling heights were lowered in order to reduce heating and cooling costs, new drywall and insulation were added, new floor coverings were installed in hallways and classrooms to reduce noise, and ramps for handicapped access were added in the hallways, replacing the existing wheelchair lifts. |
