Description: JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLThere are four home rooms in our junior high school world. While a partof the bigger league of classes that make up the total federation of UniversitySchool, the seventh and eighth grades have interests peculiar to themselves.In the same way we as future citizens of a new world working for international understanding will also have interests in our own local communities.Junior high school rooms have sponsored convocations. 303 gave a play “ForHeavens Sake”; 322 sponsored a talk on “Aviation” by Mr. Andrews. Theyhave learned the community cooperation needed to make drives a success—room 204 led the school in the sale of war bonds and stamps. Room 303 was100 percent in Red Cross contributions. All rooms have contributed generously to Junior Red Cross, Red Cross, and War Bond and Stamp sales.The eighth grade home rooms have prepared themselves for high schooland their future careers by studying program making.
