As a place for both study and recreational reading, ourmemories of this bright and cheerful room are pleasant. In spite of ourlack of book facilities this first year, we have had many golden opportunities to read from the supply available. Surely, there are very few booklovers left in our school who have not enjoyed every book on the fictionshelf. Penrod seemed to be a great favorite, and even Oliver Twist wasquite popular. Our bulletin boards serve to disseminate information; and to passers-by in the hall, the window displays used to advertise new books, arealways attractive and helpful.
