After earning a required number of acting and backstageworking points, an apprentice becomes a full-fledged Jester.Jesters themselves seek a goal of higher importance. This goal is reached when Thespianrequirements are completed. Thespians is anational honorary dramatic organization forhigh school students.Donald Waistrum sponsors both JordanJesters and Thespians.
