She finished her third year andin 1920 began her fourth year at Bloomington.She continued there until 1921 when she startedat Arlington in her sixth year, where she graduated from the eighth grade. In the fall of 1926she started as a Freshman in Ellettsville HighSchool, where she has finished her Senior yearin 1930.We foresee that Myrtle will send us the following account of herself twenty years fromnow.London, England April 1, 1950Dear Folks:I received your letter about two days ago andI was very interested in learning that you hadmade a success of life. You wanted to knowwhat had happened to me during the twentyyears I have been away from Ellettsville. Afterattending College for four years I began writing poems for different papers and magazines.I received considerable fame on my poemswhich have been written. They are now beingcombined in one book which will be publishedsometime this year.
