The El Corral staff lessened this frustrations with thepurchase of a computer. Withthis computer and the help of aword processing program,Karen and Tara look for the perfectpictures while Andrea works to makeher pictures fit.they were able to correct errorsbefore they were printed.Since the staff didnt have tospend so much time correctingerrors, they had more time towork on the yearbook.Meeting deadlines was avery large task that took timeand patience. To meet thesedeadlines the staffers had togive each other a helping handby doing such things as typingin copy and helping othersthink of captions. When all ofthis was completed, and thedeadline had passed, the staffers took a short break and relaxed. They often got a rewardfor their hard work. Even withall the hard work that had to bedone, the staffers all agreec-that the finished product waswell worth the hair pulling. £rUr64Activities
