In spite of several misfires, aching and feet pounding, the track team raced to sixvictories in the regular season. Golfers ended the season with an 8-8 record andtwelfth place in the Invitation tourney. Dan Webbled the golf team with a score of 44. History wasmade by the Cross Country team by winning thefirst West Central Conference, led by Donnie Warthan. They finished the regular season with a 15-8record. |
