Description:	[GJLOBAL [Y]OUTH [SJERVICE [D]AYMembers of the Monroe County Youth Council plan for their main event,Global Youth Service Day (GYSD) over the course of nine months. Thestudent-run council consists of eight teams that each lead a service group ofhigh schoolers on the day of the event. These teams spend time each monthvolunteering at their partner site to establish a relationship with theirorganization before GYSD.©TEAM MOTHERHUBBARDSCUPBOARDBefore GYSD itself, we have to have all of our supplies prepared, and aspecific plan of how the day should run.
