Description:	Follow Forney ForwardSophomore Alex Forney showed his motivation to play soccer andhis leadership on the field as a young captain.Despite his age, sophomore AlexForney was made a captain of theboys soccer team. I think since Imyounger I have more of an influenceon freshmen and sophomores, saidForney. Since I was voted captain Iguess it means everyone respects mysoccer IOJ.And that IQ should be through theroof due to Forneys relationship withsoccer. Around age 12 we both gotmoved up to the [Cutters] red team,said junior Charles McClary aboutmoving to a higher level team alongside Forney. I always looked up tohim, said McClary.Even with the age difference, mostunderclassmen had that view pointwhen it came to being subordinate toan underclassman. I dont think it matters as long as you have the characterto lead, said senior Jackson Waters. There are no hard feelings, andit doesnt really matter.Sophomore Ayaz Talantuli explained with a smile that, even though[Forney] is really immature he showsmaturity on the field.You have to learn to be nice to everybody and still be tough on them andyou have to treat them all fairly, saidForney about being captain.
