experiencing peer tutoringOpportunities to GrowStudents dedicated their time and energy to lend a hand to those in the peer tutoring program. Their goal wassimple and selfless. They helped with the process of enhancing the students abilities. I do it because I like tohelp them, and while helping them I learn a lot, said junior Katie Thompson. During the course of theirtutoring journey the students became personally connected with the kids in the program. I took peer tutoringtwice my sophomore year and three times my junior year. I have really enjoyed the program during those fivetrimesters, said junior Nathaniel Hayes. The program itself served as an incredible learning opportunityfor all involved.
