The team was compiled of four runners: sophomore JesseDavis, junior Jason Dorais, and seniors Ed Morgan and Mark Pemberton. They not only wonState, they also broke a school record and a state record, running the race in 7:42.6.senior Mark Pembertonleg: firstsplit: 1:58.2His reactions:I had no idea we had gone that fast. Wewere pretty surprised we broke the Staterecord.How he felt on his leg:I knew everybody would go out fast, andI didnt want to get caught up in that. I couldnt believewe went that fast. When I saw our time, Icouldnt believe it. It was amazing. It wasgreat.How he felt on his leg:I felt pretty good.
