It was a verybig success and many people, students and teachers, were very impressed. That makes it great!The second semester held morerehearsals for the drama departmentas they put together senior directed,one-act plays. The plays were TheReal Inspector Hound, CrawlingThe lighting is what makes the play. BrentWinderlich puts a filter over the lights beforeSouths production of M*A*S*H.Around, and Nobody Sleeps, keptSouths actors busy. Junior DavidBarber commented on the actorsprogress saying, The characters areshowing a lot of development.The program is growing and willcontinue to do so, especially if thenumbers of students participating increases. Springer wants students torealize that acting is for everyone,emphasizing that it is not just for asmall group of people. The musical,Peter Pan, is in Springers plans fornext year.
