IISuccess!Last year a new extracurricular activity got off to aroaring start. Science Olympiad was described by coachJanet Nichols as a group ofstudents taking what islearned in the classroom andapplying it to real life situations that could help humanity. Theyre a great group ofindividuals, very enthusiasticand competitive.Their competitive spiritgained them a first place inregionals and a third place instate competition. Junior BoBarzilauskas said, It was agreat team effort to get thatfar, and I really think thecoaching was great.Ben Ng works hard on a project forScience Olympiad. |
