When youwalk around the house, sit in your favoritechair, and listen to the stereo, youcomfortably take it all in.The first day back at South we explore thebuilding, the classrooms, find ourlockers,and get comfortable again.Most importantly, however, we seek outold friends and get reacquainted, talk aboutthe summer, and what the year willbe like. Its these bonds andthe students who createthem that supply BHS Southwith its special atmosphereand flavor. Nobody elseknows the feeling we havehere at South.Its the feeling ofdiversities coming together. In our school of 1,700, we have manydifferent types of people. Liberals,conservatives, musical, athletic, apathetic,involved—theyre all a part of BHS South.We all, however, still share a commonbond of BHS South. We have the samestress, learn from the same teachers, andcheer for the same Panthers. Despite ourdifferences, we work together and makeBHS South a special place.
