We also get a smallpresent that we open every night; wesometimes play the dreidel, and get gelt,which are gold coins made of chocolate.Teddy Waxier, 10.We put lights up around the house and putup a Christmas tree. Then, on Christmasmorning, we make cinnamon rolls and sitaround the tree and open presents as afamily. We also goto my grandmas house, and eat Mexicanfood, because Im Hispanic. My grandmamakes tamales with the grandkids beforedinner! Its pretty Mexican. Ruby Sloan, 9.All the guys wear yarmulkes, which arelittle jew hats. We get the menorah out andadd a candle a night and light it with aprayer/blessing.
