In less thana month I get a raise. Itshould be $9.50.Is Arbys an ideal placeto work?Depends on what yourelooking for in a job. It usuallystarts with one big groupof people that want to eattogether, and then tons ofpeople come in. They are super friendlyand what not, but they letso much slide. Its ridiculous.If you could changeanything about Arbys,what would you change?I would change the way thescheduling is done. Theyschedule like nine peopleduring the day to worklunch rush, which are $500-$600 hours, and theyschedule three people towork dinner rush, which is$400-$500 hours.» 14
