Description:	Junior Sadie Johnson has created a stir in the musiccrowd that extends beyond Bloomington. Johnsonhas performed with her bands in multiple venues infront of growing crowds.Among her biggest performances was when TheSadie Johnson Band played in Maryville, Tennessee,with the 90s band Blues Traveler. She has also playedfor 15,000 people at an Indianapolis Colts game.It was our biggest gig yet, Johnson said. I usuallydont get nervous because of performances but thevenues keep growing.The Sadie Johnson Band has also performed at theChicago House of Blues. Johnson doesnt have a joboutside of performing.Music and performing are pretty much my life,Johnson said.That doesnt mean her life is limited to performing.Johnson seeks out every opportunity to help thecommunity.Anytime I get a chance to help the community, Ido, Johnson said.Johnson regularly participates in The ProjectSchools music therapy program. She also donateshalf of the proceeds from her music sales to Love,Hope, Strength, a charity that builds cancer centers.Johnson sometimes performs with her older sisterSam Johnson in The Sad Sam Blues Jam.My biggest fans are probably my parents and mysisters.
