[The families] were allsmiling, some crying and others just laughing out loud. Ialmost cried when I felt the love and support of everyonethere. I cant describe in words how happy all these familieslooked. It was after this experience that I had my own reasonin why I dedicate my time to Norths Habitat. Habitat helpsthe community by helping many people afford a home.Minkyung (Lacie) Im, 12I volunteer for Habitat because I feel likeit is one of die few organizations that reallyhelps people to change and make their lifebetter without just giving them a handout. It really teaches them how to live.Abby Zinman,12ar000 |
