Description:	Students gathered in the commons to enjoy the taste ofAfrican-American cuisine for the second annual Soul FoodDay held Feb. 27.Soul Food Day is a day where we have a lot of studentsfamilies bring in their own recipes to share with the school,senior Ashley Manns said.Soul Food Day is provided by Heritage EnvironmentalLearning Program (H.E.L.P) members.Most students attend Soul Food Day to pick up sometasty treats offered at the event, but others attend the eventfor the environment H.E.L.P. provides.Soul Food Day is a great time for people to get homecooked meals.
