Description:	rive for fiveLimited roster pushes golfersMembers of the boys golf team attribute their early successes this season to their talent, depth, and determination.Our team is deeper, with more quality players, and werebetter because of it, senior Levi Robertson said.Robertsons role, as the lone senior on the team, has beenone of leadership, both on and off the course.The team has room for five varsity players, but with an infusion of new talent from the underclassmen, seven players arevying for the limited number of spots.Depth is really important, junior Joe Hoke said. The pastfew years, weve had five players that were varsity all year.Now, we have seven really good players who can play.Hoke also said the consistency of the team has improved.The quality of the team was shown early in the season in avictory over Bloomington South and a seventh place finish ata state wide meet that included 24 teams.The quality of the teams play, Robertson said, stem fromthe countless hours each players spends on the course.
