A fewwrestlers have developed the habit of jogging around theedge of the humid indoor swimming pool as an alternativeform of weight loss.At practice, I like to wear two shirts with a heavier shirton top, like a long sleeve shirt or a jacket made of fleece orwool, junior Adriel Jordan said.Several wrestlers said that their coach Perry Summit hasdone his best to inform the wrestlers that this sudden reduction of water in their body can be very hard on their cardiovascular system, but it remains a common method of weightloss.I once lost 20 pounds in two days, senior Michael Pruittsaid.
