Thetraditional pre-game bonfire caused theschool to fire up for the big night.School spirit was high as the football teamplayed hard against the ShelbyvilleGolden Bears. The Cougars dominatedthe game with a 28-12 victory. This year,Student Council worked hard to insure abig turnout of fans by specifically invitingNorth alumni. Beth Cave, the 1991Homecoming Queen, crowned NyagonDuany as the 1995 Homecoming Queen.Also crowned as Princesses wereGretchen Kallio, Angela Mullins,Carmen Ruiz, and Sarah Schum. TheHomecoming Dance was held on the Saturday following the game. The commonswere packed as formally-clad studentsdanced the night away. When it comes towild dances, North rocks all over everysingle other place you can think of. Thefootball victory and the HomecomingDance added up to one heck of a weekend.Homecoming Court: Row 1: Laith Shabban, Liz DiSilvestro, Joe Wilkinson, Nyagon Duany, HannahFrench, Ryan Oats, Beth Cave.
