cindermen take sectionalsThe 1965 cindermen upset Columbus and Martinsville in their last two dual meets of the seasonand finished with a four and three record. MikeDriver paced the squad to a sectional championshipwith first places in the 100 and 220. Also the 880relay team, Pete Vint in the 880, and Bruce Swan inthe shot put won sectional championships. MikeLanam received the B-Man award and Jeff Fox willbe next years Captain.
