Description: Future Teachers this year worked towardthe presentation of several college scholarships to be given to seniors. The memberssold Christmas cards and candles. An aftergame dance was sponsored in Februarywhich featured the Trim-Lads as live entertainment. Not only a money-raising projectbut also a service to students, Project Paperback, brought students to room 210 to buypaperbacks from Baseball is a Funny Gameto Green Berets.Activities at meetings included a skit showing a day in the life of a teacher, and a talkfrom a panel of student teachers. Memberswere given an opportunity to coach at gradeschools, tutor at the Christian Center, andspend time with teachers and coaches andinquire about their own field of interest.
