Description: Coach Bill Milnes CROSS COUNTRY HARRIERShad an active season this past year. Although the recordwas four wins and five losses, at all times the teammembers displayed enthusiasm and fair play.Bloomington last year, through graduation, lost fourlettermen but went on to take second place in theSouthern Indiana Athletic Conference.Losing to Shortridge, Salem, Bloomfield, and Martinsville; victorious over Vincennes, Nashville, and Columbus; and taking fourth place in sectionals and second in S.I.A.C, Bloomington rounded out the season.The team captain service this year was Larry Stucky,the B Man Award Winner in 1957. Letter winnerswere seniors Harold Fiscus, Gary Madding, and LarryStuckey; juniors Robert Todd, and sophomore, FredWiley.
