His fine relief jobssaved many games for the Panthers this year . . .Senior Mike Kerr, this hard driving guard wasa great factor in the teams success. Mike hada fine jump shot from the keyhole and was goodon defense . . . Junior Jim Ferguson was an outstanding center on offense and defense, as hisamazing jumping ability kept him up with thetaller players . . . Dave EuDaly, senior guard,was a strong defensive man and he also had theability to drive under for the lay-up. Daveshowed a fine attitude toward the opponents. . . Tom Parker was a hard working team man.His height made him a fine defensive player,and his tip-ins saved more than one game . . .Jerry Chandler, senior forward, was an excellentteam member on both offense and defense, ashe was given the B-Men award. Jerrys accuracywith a good jump shot made him the teamsleading scorer . . . Morris Deckard, senior forward, was an excellent rebounding man, and hedeveloped a tremendous jump shot from the foulcircle. Morris was chosen honorary captain byhis teammates.10
