Junior Farm BureauThis organization is composed of the boys now taking Agriculture in theBloomington High School and those who have graduated in this work. Itmeets the first and second Wednesday of each month, twelve months in theyear. The programs include project reports by the members, debates, reportson adult farm meetings attended, banquets, songs, games and many other activities that go to make this one of the most valuable and enthusiastic organizationsin the high school.This is the second year of the club and the interest has been increasingfrom the first. Junior Farm Bureau organizations are quite numerous in theWest, especially in California, but the Bloomington club is the only one of thissort in Indiana at present.Representatives of the club attended Farm camps in Brown county lastsummer. Delegates were also sent to the Purdue Round-Up last spring and tothe Horticulture show this winter. Eight of the boys were in the State Faircamp.The club has a good sized balance in the bank from their play, Back ToThe Farm, which will make it possible to send a large delegation to the Round-Up in the spring.The club took an active part in the Monroe County Fair, having a tenti for club work in their charge and winning many prizes in all the departmentsthey entered.The members as they are shown in the picture, top row, left to right, are:Donald Baxter, Lowell Underwood, William Fraker, Fred Buzzaird, JamesHall, Paul Hausel, John Schacht, William Holland, Robert Stephenson, AlvaWampler, J.
