Collins H. Smith Double <br>620 - 622 Lockerbie Street <br>c. 1866 <br>Carpenter Collins H. Smith built this building around 1866. This one-and-a-half story frame double residence has a gable roof, four bays on the first floor and two on the upper floor. The upper level is clad with fish-scale wood shingles. The rest of the building is covered clapboards. The double residence character is emphasized by the porch with paired entry gables.
