Walter Ennes was the owner-occupant by 1919. By 1922, Ennes had subdivided the house into three apartments. By 1936, a fourth apartment was added. The apartments were continuously occupied until the early 1970s.This 2-story, Queen Anne Style frame house has clapboard siding, and a hip and gable roof with fish scale shingling in the front gable.
