The house built sometime between 1899 and 1913.This 2 1/2-story English Picturesque Style, brick and frame house has a gabled corner porch at the front entrance. The gable roof faces the street, with single dormer windows facing north and south in the center of the roof. The half-timbering, stucco, exaggerated knee braces, and the exposed rafter ends on the projecting top half story are the main features of the house.
