World War II Scrap Drive

Description: Jefferson Countys contribution of scrap aluminum, collected in a drive to aid the national defense program. Madisons donations, together with collections from the county, amounted to 1,600 pounds. More than ten tons of aluminum have been delivered to the Seymour depository from this district.
