Elwood Cemetery

Description: The original cemetery in Elwood was established soon after the town was laid out in 1853. At that time the town was called Quincy. The cemetery ran along Duck Creek south of the Lake Erie & Western railroad from 10th to 13th street. The Elwood Cemetery Association was incorporated in April 1895 to assume responsibility for the operation and upkeep of the cemetery.
