Description: |
Cass states that the United States government has done all it can and should regarding the mill the Miami people obtained as part of the Treaty of St. Mary's. However, since the government wants to do more than justice by the Indians, he authorizes Tipton to judiciously spend $150 to repair the dam. Also, there are no funds for a gunsmith. Reverse: rec'd 7 November. |
