A reply from T. Badollet, who has sent the photo album and a fixed gold watch to London for General Dodge to bring back. She also thanks the family in America for writing her so many letters and for sending the photographs, as well as information about their lives. T. also wishes to meet some women of the American family, and finally thanks them for the papers they sent and apologizes for the lack of genealogy materials, since Mr. Paris left before compiling it, and is now ill in Holland. T. ends with a note that all others are doing well, and a hope that the Americans are also well. |
