Noblesville Mayor Docket Book, Volume 5

Description:	Noblesville Mayor Docket Book, Volume 5, has an index of defendants at the front of the book. Pages 1-9 did not record any case decisions and these pages were not scanned. Case records begin on page 10 dated July 28, 1937. The case record is dated November 12, 1946 on page 350. There were a few loose papers found at the back of the book and these were scanned. Cases dated July 1937 through July 1938 in this volume were heard by Mayor Horace G. Brown, better known as, Pop Brown and cases dated August 1939 through November 1946 were heard by Mayor Emmett R. Fertig. A page appears to have been cut out after page 350. The index pages are out of sequence. There are no court cases recorded in this book for the years: 1940, 1941, 1943, and 1944.
