Description: Letter from Peter Delello, an employee of local music publishers J. H. Aufderheide & Co., on company stationery sent to the town board of Broad Ripple, Indiana regarding the deplorable state of the sidewalks along his property at 60th Street and College Avenue. The town of Broad Ripple was annexed to Indianapolis in 1922 and continues as one of the citys most vibrant neighborhoods today.
