339. Islers Goat Cart, 1908

Description: The image is of two young boys, wearing cut off pants, long sleeve white shirts and straw hats. The boy on the left side of the image is holding a buggy whip over his shoulder. The boys are sitting on a miniature buckboard wagon that is hitched to two goats. The goats are wearing full harness, but sized for their bodies. One goat is more interested in eating grass than having his picture taken, but the other is a perfect model. Behind the boys is a field. A descriptive passage appears at the bottom.
