Old Indianapolis City Hall

Description: The old Indianapolis City Hall, completed in 1910, is located at 202 North Alabama Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. The building features a limestone facade and an interior rotunda with a stained glass dome. The city hall, designed by architects Rubush & Hunter, housed the offices of the city government until their move into the City-County Building in 1962. From 1966-2001, the old city hall was home to the Indiana State Museum and later, from 2002-2007, the interim Indianapolis Public Library. As of 2017, the old Indianapolis City Hall remains vacant.
