Named heirs are sons William, John, Alexander, daughters Rebecca McClintock, Anna Henderson, Polly McClintock, and three grandchildren of deceased daughter Sarah Harris. Probate dated September 4, 1815. From will - The Negro Girl left to me by my Husbands will my lifetime [?] together with her children was brought by me with my consent to the Indiana Territory - and the dying request of a Mother who feels for the happiness & welfare of her children is that they will take no steps or make any attempts to bring that Women & her children into bondage.
