St Pauls Evangelical and Reformed Church photographs Sellersburg, Indiana

Description:	A collection of five photographs which include two of the St. Pauls Evangelical and Reformed Church, one of the confirmation class of 1905 in front of the church, one of Pastor Schulthise next to the church sign which was named St. Pauls United Church of Christ at the time, and one in 1969 of 2 men standing next to a sign which reads future home of United Church of Christ now at 201 S. New Albany St. Sellersburg, Indiana.This church formed as a German Reformed church around 1871 and built their first church on South New Albany Street. A second church was built near the first in 1890 next to the Regular Baptist Church at about 201 South New Albany Street. The building in the pictures would be the 1890 building. St. Pauls Evangelical & Reformed Church changed their name to St. Pauls United Church of Christ in the 1950s. In 1969 they built a new church on Old HWY 60 in Hamburg at which time their name became United Church of Christ. The Regular Baptist Church on S. New Albany Street was bought by another church named Sellersburg Church of Christ who still have a church at this location.
