Pattersons 52 Acre Tract of Land as set off to her by Warren Horr Trustee by deed recorded in deed record #70 page 179 and subsequently portioned to Mary J Mitchell, Mathias A Patterson and John W Ray by decree of Clark Circuit Court among the heirs of Sarah A Patterson at the Jane Term 1891.” “Surveyed and Marked with stakes April 27 to May 3+11 1892 Victor W. Lyon CSCC (County Surveyor Clark County) All stones set May 11th 1892 This mark = stone corner (red circle) All original stakes set by commissioners were found in place.” Streets listed on map are First, Second, Third, Harrison, Clarksville, Elm, and Oak. Hyla and Libbie Patterson and John W. Ray Trustee are listed as land owners of adjoining property off Harrison Avenue. Original map is 28.25”x19.25”. |
